On the correct route in life
„My film is about a young woman struggling with her self image and learning about her place in life through dance,“ says Maria de Araceli Quintana when she is asked to describe her graduation project from The Film School.
She admits that working on her film had some challenges during a global pandemic, group restrictions affected the process at some points and there was need for a lot of reproducing the film as a result of altered situations. „But it all came together in the end,“ she adds, cheerfully.
And what is the plan for after graduation?
„I have a few great projects up my sleeve and hopefully more on the way.“
Maria says she did very well at the school, from the very first semester. „I truly found myself in the studies and am on the right route in life now.“
