The International Delphic Council is organizing the Delphic Art Movie Award 2011. The contest for the Delphic Art Movie Award is hosted by the International Delphic Council and shows short documentaries about the fascination of arts and cultures.
DELPHIC ART MOVIE AWARD - Berlin 2011 / Germany: March 9th to 13th
Contest for documentary short films about artistic achievements (max. duration: 10 min)
The films should be intended to document, to inform, to inspire and to encourage the enthusiasm and understanding of art. Every artistic field is included, from the contemporary avant-garde to the preservation of traditions and the cultural heritage. Also welcome are short versions of older full length documentaries!
We're looking for documentaries of art and artists, which may include artistic elements. Currently we are not looking for films in the sense of video art or self-expression by artists.

EAVE Film Finance Forum 2011 takes place during March 31 - April 3 in Luxembourg. It is an intensive four day workshop for European and international professionals on European film finance. The EAVE Film Finance Forum provides an exploration and update of the latest financial developments and funding sources in Europe. It includes sessions on public and private finance, co-production, tax incentives, the sales and distribution market, banking services and new industry trends. Since most films produced in Europe are made with low to medium budgets, the Finance Forum will focus on its participants' real financial situation and provide them with solutions adapted to their needs and projects.

Nordisk Panorama to be held in Aarhus
Nordisk Panorama will be held for the 21st time in september, this time in Aarhus, Denmark. The festival is set from September 23rd to 28th, 2011 and receives films from Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Greenland and the Faero Islands. Participating films produced in 2010 have to be registered before Feb. 15th and films produced this year no later than May 15th. For more information click here:
