The International Delphic Council invites you to take part in this contest that will take place in Berlin March 9th - March 13th 2011. This is a digital documentary short film contest and the maximum duration is 10 minutes including credits. There are six different categories.
There is no entry fee and the submitting of DVDs and registration is from Desember 1st 2010 to January 31st 2011.
