The short film competition Ljósvakaljóð was held in Norræna húsið, the 22the of October. There was a category "Best short-film" and others as well. In the "Best short-film" category they received 30 films and of them 9 where shown on Friday.
The short-film of Erlendur Sveinsson, who is a student at the Icelandic film school, "Viltu breyta lífi þínu" won first price. Erlendur received a cash price of 50.000.- kr. and regognition for his work. Erlendur also showed his film on RIFF (Reykjavik International Film Festival) recently.
The panel of judges was combined of, Óskar Jónasson, Guðný Halldórsdóttir (Duna) og Grímur Hákonarsson.
